Two holiday residences are located next to each other at the hillside with view to the lake 'Lago Barasona'.  Both are surrounded by a big property in which privacy is being granted. A large private parking is available, completely lockable for little children. On the street side of the holiday residences there is a big hardened plain where the children can play with fun.

Situation

• Uncountable trees around the holiday residence provide necessary shady spots. Sun-worshippers can idle here, just like on the lake.
• The residence has two covered terraces:
• One on the front side with lake view.
• One big covered-terrace is on the backside. A big table, chairs, outside stove, cool ventilator for dining in the hot season furnish the terrace. Nearby, there is a brick-made barbecue. Apart from the residence, there is a special place with hot water, shower, washbasin, toilet, extra storeroom and extra refrigerator. These additional facilities are handy for the older children who use separate sanitary. A sufficient place for a tent is available at the property.

• The holiday residence is completely arranged to offer a comfort (up to 6 persons). 3 bedrooms, each room with 2 beds. A travelling bed for baby and baby alarm are available. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, microwave, warm-air oven, etc.
• A fully equipped bathroom
• Laundry machine with ironing facilities is available. Satellite TV with video recorder is available in the living room.Before the Christmas period, the residence provides a selected wood for the stove including stock of woods. In the Christmas periode, generally a heater is only needed in the evening.
